We believe it’s important for you to be able to connect with us. So here are a few ways to do just that:
Office Hours
Don’t ask Google about our office ours, we’ll tell you. You can go straight to our website at www.hi5ortho.com/calendar to get our days and hours. We post our open clinic hours and locations on there so you know where we are.We also post our Phone hours so you can call whenever during that time. Give us a call–509-23BRACE (232-7223) – during our posted hours and we’ll take care of you.
After Hour Contact
If you are in a jam and need to get a hold of us, we do have an after-hours line. The On-Call support line can be reached by first calling the main office line – 509-23BRACE (232-7223). Follow the directions for the Doctor or our on-call assistant. Hopefully you never have to use this option but we are here for you if you need us.
We are really good at checking and responding to email. That way you can reach out directly to one of our team for the answer you need. You can send your question and we’ll get back to you right away. Here are a few emails for you know:
