CHEWING GUM EXERCISE
3 With the tongue in the same position, swallow making sure the back teeth are touching. If the gum appears stretched toward the throat as the figure shows, the tongue training has been done successfully.
- Do these exercises on a daily basis for one hour a day total (you can break this hour up into three 20 min sessions)
- Continue at least three months
Think about swallowing with your tongue in the new position throughout the day.
